Shipping Policy

At Panchabhuti, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You'll receive an order confirmation and tracking details via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days

• Other cities/towns: 5-7 business days

• Remote/rural areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or local restrictions beyond our control.

Serviceable areas
We currently ship across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. You can check delivery availability for your area by entering your pincode on the product page before ordering.

Shipping charges

• Stonoz Syrup is priced at ₹699 per bottle, inclusive of all taxes

• Free shipping on all orders

• Cash on delivery (COD) is available; a COD handling fee of 80rs may apply

Order tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link sent to you, or via the "Track Order" section on our website.

Delayed or lost shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our customer care at 70282 52384 or panchabhutiofficial@gmail.com with your order ID, and we'll help resolve it.

Damaged or tampered packages
Please do not accept a package that appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery. Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package for a replacement.

Address changes
Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, we're unable to redirect the shipment.
